Frankenstein and Spider Web Nails (Halloween Nails)

Sup girls! Here I am gonna show you another Halloween Nails design that I made on my friend's nails. It was really fun! Its super cute tho. Frankenstein is one of the horror story character from a novel.
Countdown to Halloween, if you guys still think about what should you wear for the Halloween Party, here it is! First, I am gonna show you the step of making the frankenstein nails.

First, paint your nails green.
Second, grab your paint brush, and draw hair in the edge of the nails with black..
Then, use your dotting tools to make the eyes. Use white polish.
The white of the eye is done.
Then add black spot to make the eyeball.
Add the straight lips of Frankenstein using black polish.
Then, draw lines vertically to make the stitches effect.
Your Frankenstein Nails is done!
Don't forget to add some wound stitches on the Frankenstein face. You can paint all your nails with that green monsters, or you can add another design on different fingers. Like maybe the spider web. And below is the step by step pictures of making the spider web.

               1                                                  2                                                   3
Here are the final design that I made on my friend's nails. Hope you guys like it.

Happy Halloween!

Ripped Nails (Halloween Nails)

Halloween is around the corner. Have you guys pick what is gonna be your costume? So, if you run out of ideas and is in the budget, maybe you can try this nail art FX. The ripped nails and make your friends gasp when they see your nails. Here i am gonna show you the tutorial and how its done. I made this on my friend's nails because he is also learning about the make up FX. Here we go..

So, first you gonna need a fake nails to make a real effect because you will shape it randomly and make it looks like ripped. And if you got a really shiny fake nails, you need to buff them and file them a little bit so, yeah nail file is necessary. The third would be the nail clipper to rip your fake nails and last bu not least double tape.

The picture above is how you done it.
1. Cut your fake nails a bit short. Try to customize it and make it as close as possible with your nail sizes.
2. Make random shape. Like whatever that looks ripped. Use your imagination and don't be afraid to be messy or fail.
3. Stick the double tape on the back of your fake nails. If it already comes with a glue or tape, it would be okay, you're not gonna need an additional double tape. I prefer the tape than glue because its gonna be easier to removed. and it wont break your nails. It takes forever to removed the excess glue, i'm tellin you.
4. Just simply stick them onto your nails!

Here are the pictures about how you paint it and make it really ripped.
1. Get your hands ready.
2. Grab your eyeliner or kohl, a small make up brush or lip brush, and a red lipstick. Here I am using Claresta Lipstick in Red Maroon/907. for the eyeliner I am using the Maybelline Liner in Black.
3. Don't forget to file your shiny fake nails before you start painting them.
4. Paint it as you like. Well, if you want to make a deeper wound, that will need a darker color like black and blend it with red. Add some red too around the edge of your nails. and you're done!

Never forget to seal your design with top coat!
Ta Da!! You're done! I am sure that your friends are gonna freak out.

Well, here are some shoots of my friends look for the Halloween.

Thank you to Rio for letting me do your Halloween nails! and also helping me in this post. See you guys on other post. ^^
Happy Halloween!

Red Flower Nails

Hi again! I really like playing with rhinestones lately. so pretty, so simple. My this week nails also very simple. Just the flower plant hanging on my nails and its red. I also combined the color of white and red. Its bold but feminine. Actually I am kinda bored to do cute nail design cause im feelin edgy lately. I want a design that show the maturity, the edginess. So I choose this. Anyway it match my red Chanel vintage flapbag. My favorite designer on earth. Their line are ba-na-nas!
It is so easy though if you want to try this design. Just as usual, stick the rhinestones on your well polished nail with clear polish and seal it off using top coat and it will lasts for two weeks. Yeah two weeks. Actually it depends on your top coat brand. If you have a really good quality top coat, it will last longer. Mine using Revlon top coat. It has two function. As base coat and top coat. double trouble. Perfect for travelling.
I haven't replaced it with other brand because I am comfortable with the result. I am not kind of person that like to replace a product or jumping into another brand easily. When I feel comfortable with a brand, I usually stick with it. Except for nail color. Since every brand has various and different color, so I tend to try so many brands. From the cheaper one till the expensive one. But for personal care, I tend to stick with it when I feel comfortable.
Anyway, here are some pictures of my nails. Hope you enjoy it and try it for this fall season. Earthy and Edgy.
Pretty, isn't it?

Yellow Rhinestones on Black Nails

When I see rhinestones in my manicure box, I always have a tendency to use them on my nails. Well, it happens a lot. So here I am again using rhinestones on my nails. The bling is so hard to resist. And of course it will take only a minute to do that rather than drawing on your nails for hours..(not really)
So, I simply stick the rhinestones using clear polish on my black manicure nails. and seal it with top coat and wait for a minute to dry then you're good to go. Specially when you only have 15-30 minutes to get your nails done. And here are some pics of my done nails. Enjoy.

Have fun!
XOXO
